Manage your Diet with Diet Power

DietPower is absolutely the best diet and exercise tracking software I have ever seen. You enter in your present weight, your goal weight and some other health factors and you're ready to go. Each day you enter in what you eat and how much you exercise and the program tracks your progress.

I was actually MOTIVATED to exercise (not a common occurrence!) when I saw how many calories were left in my "bank" that I needed to expend to stay on track to reach my goal.

MyShape - Buying Clothes Perfect for YOU

Ok, it's official. MyShape.com is the BEST place to go on the internet to buy clothes - that is unless you prefer spending your Saturday afternoon in a cramped dressing room trying on pair after pair after pair of the SAME SIZE pants to try to find ONE pair that fit, flatter and make you feel fantastic.

I found MyShape while doing a search for a particular brand of pants I have that I ALWAYS feel good in. No one had them in my size. Not even MyShape. But then I took the plunge and entered all my measurements in to create "My Personal Shop." After I was done, MyShape returned to me an online "catalogue" of clothing that would fit and flatter my shape. I found a great pair of pants on sale and bought 3 pair. They arrived very quickly. They fit like they were made for me. They flatter. They feel great.
